Update 5: my power is getting stronger

1. I will introduce training points into this game thats means jutsu now have levels
for example i get rasegen in shop damage 50 chakra used 30 level one cost 200 training points
to level it up new stats:damage 80 chakra used 30 but the is a limit u can level it up to
depending on how powerful the is jutsu can get stronger alot more if it's weak and a bit if it's strong
